Our implementation team gathers requirements, takes a deep dive into your current processes and maps them into the business integration plan.
Each module is fully implemented based on the project blueprint (step 2). Master data is imported and finalized along with conducting end user training.
The production environment is set, end users are trained, and everything is ready to go live. Hypercare support is provided to ensure a smooth transition.
